2012 Hours

These are the normal pool operating hours.

There may be exceptions, so please check the calendar.

Note that pools are closed during swim meets.

EARLY SEASON - May 26 - June 12:

(when Mont. County Public Schools are still IN session):

Monday through Thursday: 3:30 pm to 8 pm

Friday: 3:30 pm to 9 pm

Saturdays and Holidays: 11 am to 9 pm

Sundays: 11 am to 8 pm

 

REGULAR SEASON - June 13 - Sept. 3:

Daily: 11 am to 9 pm

 

Early Bird Swim: 6:30 - 8 am, Monday, Wednesdays & Fridays

  • adult (18-and older) lap swimmers ONLY,
  • swimmers must sign in with the guard prior to getting in the pool,
  • children or any non-swimming companions will not be permitted on the grounds.

 

LATE SEASON extra weekend - Sept. 8 & 9:

NWB Pool will be closed during the week following Labor Day.

Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 – 5:00 pm

 

 

Special Pool Hours

 

Fourth of July:

11:00 am – 7:30 pm (Early close for fireworks)
7:30 pm – 10:00 pm - POOL CLOSED
10:00 pm – 11:30 pm (After fireworks swim)

 

Select Saturdays:

NWB Pool will be opened late on selected Saturdays during the summer, often for Music Night and/or Overnights. Please check the calendar to see when these events may occur.

 

Swim Meets

Home swim meets dates are listed on the calendar

  • Home ‘A’ swim meets occur Saturday mornings until noon.

  • Home 'B' swim meets occur Wednesday evenings beginning at 5 pm.

Due to safety concerns, ALL POOLS WILL BE CLOSED to general member swimming during home swim meets.

Members are welcome to come watch the meet and/or use the playgound.

 

Morning Swim Team Practices

The main pool is closed to member swimming during morning swim practices, however, the Junior (6 and under) and Wading (4 and under) pools are open to membership are open.

Please be advised that, just as during regular pool hours, the lifeguards have no responsibility for children in these areas, and parents or authorized caregivers are responsible for the safety of their children.
